Important Notice: Please consider this information as the most up-to-date regarding our deliveries due to the current exceptional circumstances.
During the strike, we will not be able to process merchandise returns. We will gladly handle them once the conflict is resolved, or by January 18, 2025.
The following return policies are applicable to products purchased online via iddog.shop.
Conditions
To obtain a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts, in resalable condition, within 45 days of the date of purchase.
When you return an item, the purchase price and all applicable taxes will be refunded.
However, no handling or shipping fees will be refunded, and courier return shipping charges, if applicable, will be at your expense. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days, after receipt, for the processing of your request.The refund will be credited to the account within approximately 7 working days
Unsuitable product
If the product is not defective but does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 45 days you can return it to us within 45 days of purchase, by the courier of your choice, at your expense.
To return an unsuitable product, please first contact our Customer Service Department by filling out the form below:
Return Authorization Form
A customer service representative will send you a return authorization number and instructions by email. You can then drop off the item at any courier outlet of your choice. Please note that the return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defective product
To return a defective product, please first contact our Customer Service by filling out the form below:
Return Authorization Form
A customer service representative will evaluate the defect and send you a return authorization number and A Customer Service Representative will evaluate the defect and can send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions by email.
Upon receipt of the defective item, we will return the replacement item to you at no charge. If the product to be replaced is no longer available, we will refund the price of the item, the applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
The amount will be reimbursed by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. If the order included more than one item, the refund of the initial shipping cost will be prorated based on the number of items in the order, divided by the handling/shipping fee.
