China Post on Strike
Important message: Please consider this as the most up-to-date information regarding our shipping, given the current exceptional circumstances.

Due to the conflict with China Post, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Rest assured, we have chosen to ship with Nationex to ensure your packages arrive as quickly as possible (some exceptions apply). We are closely monitoring the situation and doing our utmost to prevent any delays. Your order is in good hands!

Regarding returns: During the strike, we will not be able to process merchandise returns. We will be happy to handle them as soon as the conflict is resolved, or until January 18, 2025.

 

Standard Shipping in China:
FREE for orders of 69$ and over

Flat Shipping Fees to China: 20$

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed on business days, Sunday through Saturday, during business hours, excluding federal holidays in China.

Shipping for all orders will be handled by China Post , unless otherwise specified. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

CHINA POST EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
3-5 business days from dispatch (can range from 5-7 business days during busy periods such as Christmas)

Normal shipping time for rural areas and postal outlets is 7-10 business days from shipment.

If there is no one at the delivery address, China Post will leave a pickup notice at the nearest postal outlet.
